  • What types of wedding invitations do you offer?

We can create any type of invitation you have imagined for your special day. You can send us inspiration pictures and we can quote you based on what you are looking for. Products you see on our website are products we have already created for our previous customers but we are not limited to these. Please fill out our contact form or email us to discuss designs

 

  • Do you offer custom design services?

Yes we can customise any part of your invitations. We also provide other wedding items like table decorations, wedding signs, seating plans etc 

 

  • What is the process for ordering wedding invitations and how long is production and delivery?

Once we have received your request, we will discuss design options and create your design based on what you are looking for, we will ask you to provide us all details needed to print your invitations and confirm all details including spellings before production starts. Once production starts it can take 7-10 days to complete and our shipping is 5-9 days. 

 

  • What is the minimum order quantity for invitations?

For most of our invitations our MOQ is 50. Most of our other products do not require a MOQ. Please contact us with your order request so we can confirm.

 

  • Do you offer other wedding stationery besides invitations (e.g., save-the-dates, RSVP cards, thank-you cards)?

Yes, we can help with all of your wedding needs when it comes to decorations, table signs, invitations, seating plans, cards etc. 

Design and Customisation

  •  Can I customise the colours, fonts, and wording on my invitations?

Yes all parts of our invitations are customisable 

 

  • Can I include a monogram, logo, or custom artwork in my invitation design?

Yes, this is possible. Please let us know your ideas and we will try our very best to make them come to life

 

  • What if I don’t see a design that matches my wedding theme?

Please note we can create many different designs so even if you do not see what you are looking for on our website, you can complete our online form or email us and we will try our best to make your ideas come to life.

 

  • How do I provide my wedding details and other necessary information?

Please fill out our contact form or email us so we can take all necessary details to complete your invitations.

 

  • Can you match the colors to my wedding theme or bridesmaids’ dresses?

Yes this is possible, when completing our contact form please add in any details related to themes or colours so we can help design your invitations 

Pricing and Payment

  • Do you offer discounts for large orders or package deals?

Yes, we strive to give our customers the best prices possible so when making large orders and packages of other products available we will try our best to give a discount on your order

 

Shipping And Delivery

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries, please email us to confirm if we can provide you with your wedding products 

 

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping is 5-9 days 

 

  • What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping is free of charge

 

  • What if my invitations arrive damaged?

We strive for the best customer service so we manually check all of our products including our invitations before shipping but we are aware that shipping companies do not always take care when making deliveries so we ask you please send us all relevant information so we can help make it right. In most instances we will re ship the amount of invites that were damaged or provide refunds.

 

Proofing and Revisions

  • Will I be able to review a proof before my invitations are printed?

Yes, we will ask you to review the proof before production starts 

 

  • How many revisions can I request during the proofing process?

As many as needed before production starts 

 

  • What happens if I notice a mistake after approving the proof?

We will try our hardest to change any mistakes made but if production has already finished there is nothing we can do. If we have only completed production on a small amount of invites then a charge will apply for those already made and we will restart production of your order with the new information. Therefore it is imperative that you check every aspect of your proof to make sure that it is exactly what you want and everything is spelt correctly 

 

  • Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Yes as long as production hasn’t started changes can made

 

Returns and Cancellations

  • What is your return or refund policy?

No returns are accepted. Refunds can be made for damaged products only

 

  • Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes as long as production has not begun

 

  • What if I’m not satisfied with my products?

We try our very best to provide the best customer service and products to our customers and this is why we will spend a lot of time before production making sure that your product is exactly what you want. However because our items are customised we do not accept returns unless products are damaged

    • Can you help with wording and etiquette for my invitations?

    Yes, if you are unsure on what to write and where, we can offer assistance for this

     

    • Do you offer addressing and mailing services?

    For an additional price we can ship your invites out separately to all of your guests, our shipping is free of charge otherwise
